Kids Ministry Volunteer Application (New Partner)

This application is to be completed by volunteer applicants for any position with Chapel Hill Bible Church (CHBC) involving the supervision or custody of minors, including, but not limited to, positions with Sunday morning childcare, Respite Night (midweek special needs), KidsFest Summer Camp, Community Dinner childcare, Bible study childcare, etc.

This application must be completed by the applicant, and approved by CHBC, before the applicant will be permitted to work with children in any capacity. This form is used to help CHBC provide a safe and secure environment for those children who participate in our programs and use our facilities. This form also helps CHBC direct volunteers to the best serving opportunities so they can use their spiritual gifts most effectively as we seek to edify the church and glorify God.

You must be a CHBC member, a child of a CHBC member, or a regular attendee who is pursuing church membership to serve in a volunteer position involving children.
